A Masters qualified journalist and published author, Fraser has over 20 years of experience in editing and running some of the biggest websites in global sports and motorsport. With a notable family history in aviation, motoring and the sea, The Triphibian brand was born in 2023.

Fei is a Chinese born, British educated trilingual entrepreneur with experience in sectors including legal, property, fashion, and cross-boarder trade. As COO, Fei will lead all operations logistics from manufacture, quality control and shipment from China to the UK.

Andrew is director of a private client commercial finance brokerage, property development firm and outdoor advertising specialist. Andrew was previously a partner of an American investment fund that focused on real estate and renewable energy.

Sir Charles has forged a career in increasing the profitability of some of the world's biggest companies. The former test pilot has been President of BAE Systems, Director of Swiss Bank Piguet, Commercial Director of Airbus and Vice Chairman of GEC. He was knighted for his services in increasing British exports during his time as head of defence export sales at the MoD. 

Nigel has held executive positions with major financial institutions in the U.K., Channel Islands, Canada and the Caribbean. Over his career he has been at the forefront in developing and implementing innovative financial solutions for both corporations and high-net-worth individuals and has experience acting as trustee and corporate director. Currently the managing partner of a boutique consulting firm, he also acts as a director or adviser to a number of early-stage companies.

Simon has a proven success rate of delivering transformation and BAU focused strategies to some of the largest fashion brands including Charles Tyrwhitt and Theo Paphitis Retail. He has transformed businesses through both traditional and e-commerce channels and managed rapid business growth and expansion of companies with annual operating and capital budgets between £1m and £6m since 2001.

A leading figure in Britain's post war aviation industry and former president of Brooklands Museum, the late grandfather of Triphibian's founder is the inspiration for our LAND and AIR range of clothing. A veteran of several daring daylight raids over Germany with various crews of the 'Mighty 8th', our flagship B17 jacket is a tribute to all of those brave men. It was one of his favourite possessions.

Poet Laureate from 1930-67, John Masefield is the inspiration for our 'Sea Fever' range of clothing. His love of the sea led to the penning of some of the most famous poetry of the 20th Century, including the aforementioned 'Sea Fever' and Cargoes. A direct relation of Triphibian's founder, Masefield was also famed for children's novels including 'The Midnight Folk' and 'The Box of Delights'.
